Our promises.

• Your child’s record is yours.

  You can always see what the coach shares, get a copy of your child’s information, or ask us to delete it. Seeing it, getting a copy and deleting it will stay free.

  Today, a copy or deletion starts with an email: families write to privacy@getteamarc.com, and we reply within 30 days. Coaches can delete their account in the app (Settings → Delete account).

• Coach notes stay with coaches.

  Families see only what a coach chooses to share, and only about their own child. Never another family’s child.

• Drafts wait for the coach.

  TeamArc uses Google’s Gemini to sort notes and draft updates, summaries and check-ins. Every draft stays private until a coach reads it and chooses to share it, and nothing is used to train AI models. At tryouts, players are identified to Google by number, not name.

• Your voice stays on your phone.

  Your iPhone turns speech into text on the device. The audio is never recorded or uploaded by TeamArc.

• Tryout notes stay with the tryout’s coaches and the evaluators the club invites.

  They are never shown to families or players. Summaries never score or rank children, and the coaches’ original notes are always kept alongside. A parent or guardian can still ask to see, correct or delete what was written about their child.

• No ads, no selling.

  We don’t sell personal information and we don’t show ads. The app has no advertising or analytics code, and this website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts.
